My Teaching Journey
Throughout my years of teaching, I’ve experienced some extremely challenging behavior. I’ve experienced students who struggled with self-control and self-regulation and whose behavior could even be turbulent at times.
This behavior was not only disruptive for the entire class, but it also took a toll on my mental health.
The Secret Sauce
After exhausting every conventional method, I stumbled upon the secret sauce to addressing and completely transforming disruptive behavior. It was incredible to witness these students blossom socially and emotionally, and to see a classroom community flourish.
I became hooked on tackling challenging student behavior and creating a positive, safe, and stress-free learning environment for myself and my students.
