Pre-K & TK: February Activities
February is here and I am so excited to share these Pre-K & TK February Activities with you! This is one of my favorite months because it has one of my favorite holidays: Valentine’s Day! Valentine’s day means two things: 1.) An excuse to inhale chocolate like there’s no tomorrow 2.) Everywhere you look, you see hearts and the color pink, my favorite color, I love it! (and all my students can confirm that ha!)
It was much to my delight that I was able to create these Valentine themed activities that circulated around hearts, candy, and love! And I think we can all agree, this world needs a lot more love in it. So let’s start with our students, using fun and engaging activities centered on the theme of love
February Activities for Little Learners

For the Chocolate Shapes Play-Dough activity, I chose brown play-dough for my students to use as the “chocolate.” (SO FUN!) But you can also make your own CHOCOLATE SCENTED play-dough! I think I’m going to try this next time, my students would LOVE it! Check out this link for a recipe for chocolate play-dough https://theimaginationtree.com/best-ever-chocolate-play-dough-recipe/

This product includes 18 hands-on activities that encourages your students to use fun manipulatives such as candy hearts, magnetic letters, pom-poms, play-dough, and little red hearts.
