Pre-K & TK: Christmas Activities
Hooray for Christmas, it’s the most wonderful time of the year! Granted, I am posting this a wee bit late, but I just had to get this out there and share it with all my teacher friends! I had so much fun creating these Christmas activities for my students. I wanted to make it as hands-on as possible while using as many dollar tree Christmas items I could get my hands on (candy canes, jingle bells, and tiny presents? Yes please! 😍)
This packet includes 18 interactive centers with 5 instructional pages to get your centers set up for success. These centers work on Letter Recognition, Number Recognition, Counting, Colors, Patterns, Fine Motor Skills, and more! You can use these activities for morning stations, early finishers, or as rotating centers. You can also use them for intervention groups to help out those kiddos that need a little bit of extra practice. 🤗
Christmas Activities for Little Learners
I found the majority of the materials at the Dollar Tree (wrapping paper, plastic candy cane, tiny presents, bells, etc). I pretty much find all of my teacher supplies at the Dollar Tree haha! They have some pretty fabulous stuff if you look in the right places!
This sight word stocking activity is one of my favorites! Students pick a log then build that word using the letter stockings. It helps them practice their sight words as well as hitting those fine motor skills by clipping the stockings with a small clothes pin and string! (found at Michael’s craft store).
